Payment
After placing an order you will receive an email with all the information. All pieces are made upon request only with 100% prepayment. I don't have the whole shop in stock but some positions may be — I'll tell you about it.
Usually, it takes two and a half weeks to make your order and this time can be increased in pre-holiday season. Requests made on Thursday-Sunday I'll take on Monday of the following week.
Shipping
If you're in Yerevan, I have a pick up option for you at the Tut Plantstore (52/8 Pushkin St.). You can receive your order in the end of the week your piece is ready, the store works everyday.
I send all packages from Armenia only via HayPost (regular post). Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with the tracking number — you can check its status at your local post website. The cost and delivery time depend on the destination, the service schedule, weather conditions and customs of each country. I am not responsible for any delays, possible loss or damage of your parcel but feel free to contact me if anything happens.

- You have received a damaged piece and you want to repair it;
- I can renew gold and rhodium plated jewelry. Cost and time of this process is individual.
